On Tuesday 22nd May, 2012 you along with 14 other players have the chance to take part in a one day tournament at Manchester City's Etihad Stadium. Why don't you encourage some of your friends to play as well and we will help put the teams together.
Each player needs to raise £450 through sponsorship and donations to ensure your place in the event. We will help you to collect this money by providing you with a customised Just Giving web site.
This is a once in a lifetime experience of playing at a premiership ground while raising money for Royal Manchester Childrens Hospital Charity.
The day goes like this:
- Minimum of 3 x 11 a side matches played on Manchester City's pitch.
- Guaranteed football playing time of at least 60 minutes (each match 20 minutes)
- Use of the players dressing rooms and facilities
- Full kit provided to each team (excluding boots and shin pads)
- Star guest managers/Professional officials
- Mementoes of the day to include a DVD and professional photographs
- An evening Gala Dinner to be held at Manchester City's famous hospitality suite
The day will be split into two tournaments, morning and afternoon. This will enable players to manage their day better and minimise the waiting around in between matches.
